Kitty Camp Boarding

Welcome to Kitty Camp, where our feline guests enjoy cozy accommodations with a little extra wiggle room. Our housing units feature portals that connect adjoining spaces, giving cats more space to stretch, explore, or bunk up with a buddy.

We’ve created a calm, low-stress environment where your cat can feel safe, comfortable, and cared for — just like home (but with more towel forts).

What’s Included in Your Cat’s Stay

Our Cat Care Providers and Veterinary Nurses treat Kitty Camp guests as if they were their own. Every boarding guest receives:

  • Frequent attention, playtime, and gentle handling (when possible)

  • A daily log of appetite, elimination, and behavior

  • Your cat’s usual food (if provided — see our approved list)

  • Freshly laundered towels and a soft “cuddly” for nap time

  • Two meals per day, with at least two litterbox changes daily

  • On-site veterinarians and veterinary nurses for monitoring and medical care, if needed

If your cat is on medication, treatments will be administered by a veterinarian or licensed veterinary nurse.

Kitty Camp Boarding Rates (Per Day)

  • Without medications/treatments: $33.00

  • With treatment provided once per day: $40.40

  • With treatment provided twice per day: $47.20

  • With treatment provided three times per day: $53.40

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Cats react differently to boarding — some adjust quickly, others may need extra time.

  • Mild gastrointestinal upset, changes in appetite, or sneezing/watery eyes are not uncommon.

  • An appetite stimulant may be required if your cat doesn’t eat within 2–3 days.

  • If your cat needs an appetite stimulant and hasn’t been examined here before, a $20 exam will be required prior to administration.

  • Our team will notify you of any health concerns. If needed, we’ll proceed with reasonable care to ensure your cat’s health and comfort. Owners are responsible for associated costs.

Our goal is to keep your cat happy and healthy.
We follow strict sanitation protocols, but as with humans, viruses can still spread through the air.
Cats must be up to date on vaccinations to board.

If your cat shows any symptoms (sneezing, nasal or eye discharge, lethargy, vomiting, appetite changes), please let us know. A separate boarding area may be arranged for their safety, and treatment may be performed for an additional fee.

Boarding Requirements: Vaccines and Testing

To board at Kitty Camp, your cat must be up to date on the following:

  • Rabies vaccine

  • FVRCP (Distemper) vaccine

  • Feline Leukemia vaccine (required if they go outdoors)

  • Feline Leukemia and FIV (FeLV/FIV) blood tests

    • Minimum of two tests in their lifetime, or

    • One test within the past 3 months (recommended for outdoor cats)

If your cat is not current on these, we can update them during their stay. A doctor’s exam may be required before administering vaccines.
